When did you begin creating art? Why?
I started to draw digitally when I was 18, in 2004. I tried to make "oekakis" which are little paintings done with paint BBS. Then, when I got more experience, I bought a wacom graphic tablet and I used photoshop 7. I like how the digital art allows to open the limit of my creative mind.

The redo/undo tool, the adjustment layers, the balance of the colors... I feel like if everything was possible.
I want to paint my dreams, tell stories and express me.

What is the most challenging thing about being an artist and how do you face it?
I don`t considere me as an artist. Digital art is just a hobby for me. My main job is psychologist and it demands a lot of work en energy. Art is the way I choose to refill my mind baterries. I need it to be balanced.

What is the most challenging thing about being an artist and how do you face it?
Probably getting yourself out there and known. Building a fanbase, basically. It is pretty tough to get noticed amongst a sea of millions, especially when you are just starting out.

Like any self-employed trade, freelance illustrating and design is not the easiest career path to take simply for the fact that you never know when your next paycheck will be. Sometimes you wait months and get lucky with a small gig.
